EXTENTION TO THE ENCOUNTER OF LAST INCAS

After 400 years, the last of descendant of the Inca Empire, (the sons of the sun) continue to live in the altiplano (the plateaus) where they are so far away from civilization. Currently, the integration of the indigenous people to the new system of life is one of the most important problems in Peru, since it is very necessary to integrate them to this new society but giving full respect to their customs at all times. The way of thinking of the last Inca is found in their lifestyle, their culture, their credence, etc and it is very essential to protect them. It is for this reason that Chaski's Trails has created these tours to help you discover the last of the Inca in which will allow you to enter and see how rich this culture is and will allow you to understand the origin of Peru.

The name of the town we will visit is Macusani; this town is found in the State of Puno, which is located to 4350 m. of altitude. The main economic activity of this place is the breeding of alpacas.
